Palo Alto, CA. Since we started MultiOn, we’ve grown into a global company that builds the most advanced autonomous web AI agents and serves both developers and prosumers. As we continue to take our Agentic technology to the next level, we are excited to welcome a new research leader to MultiOn.
Dr. Julia Kiseleva will join MultiOn to advance our research in building safe and reliable AI agents, with special attention to delivering high-quality solutions. Previously, Julia led projects seeking to answer important questions, such as how to build and evaluate interactive agents with humans in the loop. Notably, she contributed to the NeurIPS competition on Interactive Grounded Language Understanding (IGLU) and developed new strategies for evaluating agentic systems (AgentEval) and many other initiatives, always driving for user-driven yet scalable evaluation of interactive systems.

Throughout her career, Julia has contributed to top-tier venues like EMNLP, EACL, NAACL, ACL, NeurIPS, RecSys, SIGIR, ICTIR, CIKM, WWW, and PMLR. She joins MultiOn after six years at Microsoft Research, where she worked on cutting-edge AI models for agents and personal productivity.
“Our vision is to provide an AI Agent for every person, everywhere, powered by MultiOn. Julia will play a key role in achieving that vision and continue our leadership in the AI Agent space,” said MultiOn Founders Omar Shaya & Div Garg
“I am thrilled to welcome Julia to MultiOn. We go back to when we both worked together on AI Assistant capabilities at Microsoft. We also have fond memories of meeting with and presenting our AI work to Bill Gates,” continued Omar Shaya.

“I am genuinely excited about joining MultiOn. The team, technology, and product at MultiOn are the best I’ve seen in the industry, and I am looking forward to working with the team to bring this technology forward and make it available to everyone,” said Dr. Julia Kiseleva.
“Throughout my career, I have focused on advancing AI to solve realistic tasks and breaking down boundaries between people and AI. This dedication led me to organize competitions such as ClariQ and IGLU at NeurIPS, where we demonstrated the immense value of human evaluation in advancing AI technologies. Joining MultiOn represents an incredible opportunity to push the boundaries of intelligent agent development. I am thrilled to be part of a team that shares my passion for innovation and excellence, and it feels like the perfect place to apply the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years to build something truly impactful,” she continued.
